Looking for design advices!

Recently I was cleaning up my spaces, and I came across this beautiful bit of fabric I found I had and tucked away!

The overall pattern

A close up of the image.

Now the entire piece of fabric is 86 inches wide and 62 inches long, I'm a complete noob to sewing so I don't know if that's enough for a jsk or OP (even though I WANT it to be) but I know it's more than enough for a skirt at least.

So design suggestions?

EDIT: Forgot to mention this has a black background with the creme/navy toilie.
