(I did search to the best of my ability, but if anyone has already asked this, then I apologise.) Even though I've been into lolita fashion for a few months, I don't have any brand clothing yet. I have a very small build (read: NO CHEST), and though most skirts seem as if they would fit me fine, I've noticed that the sizing of one-pieces, jumperskirts, and blouses seem to run much bigger.
My question, then, is how much ease is too much? Does the adjustable waist/shirring in many items really make them one size fits all?
