So Takuya-san and I are doing some MAJOR revamping to his site and also making it INTERNATIONAL (yay) for those that don`t live in France or Japan to visit the store that carries it. (How fast this site will open will depend almost completely on my html skills X_x)
I`ve been noticing that people on this board CONSTANTLY question size and if it will look good on them about every brand possible. So basically, we`re contemplating the neccesity of having pictures of models with their height/waist/bust size in the particular outfit (not necessarily color-wise, but of the general shape).
Would you find this a good idea? We`re only doing this so that people can get an image of what the outfit will look like on a person and of the certain height. If we do this, we`re planning on having about 4-5 models. (1~2 Male models of different height, 3 Female models w/different body types/height)
So to brief this up:
- Would you prefer having one particular outfit worn by a few different models of different body type for a general idea on how it would look?
- Would you find the model`s measurements to be useful?
- If it`s coordinate-able in many ways, should each of these different models be wearing it in different coordinations?
- edit: by coordinations I don`t mean with other items. I mean the many ways the one item can be worn (as seen below with the Skirt).
- Note: If this happens, you won`t get the same look on each person so it`s hard to compare with each body type.
- Or should all models be wearing it the same way, but on a different page put up coordination examples?
And now for photos :3
This little Jacket is still hanging in the store because everyone wants to try it on for future reference.
(You can kinda see Takuya-san outside :3)
Hopefully this jacket will match my skirt shown below :X

As for me, I actually got that expensive skirt . It was well worth it as it is a skirt you can wear at least 4 different ways.
(The blue Shibori is not included with the set, nor the orange Ribbon you see vaguely in some of the photos) I got it on Saturday, but a few of the snaps fell off, and I got them replaced today at the store. Apparently the snaps fall off quite easily where the fabric is incredibly thick.

And I did a little dance on my bed :D (Ah the life of a club-addicted girl ^^;)

Removing the Cahans (Legwarmers), connecting the two together and wearing it as a capelet :D

I haven`t bought the sleeve-snaps so the sleeves won`t stay on, but this is the 2nd popular way of wearing the outfit. (I plan on getting the parts next month which is VERY soon)
I removed the cahans and placed it on my hips to create the "layered" effect.
I seem to fail at smiling on camera and be unique with poses all the time ;_; (not to mention that my muscular calfs are showing too without socks to hide it)
Summarized review of the skirt:
As expensive as their skirts are, if you think about the bajillion ways you can wear the thing Takuya Angel is an EXTREMELY good investment for those that like wa-loli (though TA isin`t considered a wa-loli brand at all). I mean, if you consider 4 outfits in 1, you`re spending about 15000yen on one outfit, which is actually not bad. Not to mention there`s probably more ways to coordinate it possibly.
I don`t have a photo of what the inside of the skirt looks, but it`s also completely inlined, so none of the "cheap" look will happen.
The cons of the outfit being: you must buy a Shibori(about 2000yen) to wear the skirt as it`s shown on the site (bustle), or buy the sleeve snaps(about 3500?) to wear the sleeves themselves.
