What colour blouse/cutsew would be best? White or black (duh) were my thoughts but which would be best?

I'm dying to get that in red and to be honest, have little idea what to wear it with. I thought over-the-knee socks in black or dark red would look good...I think the red is too dark to wear white? Help/ideas.

Last but not least, I don't want to flood the community with simple questions, so after reading the memories and trying things out, if I have troubles still, is there anyone experienced with buying from BABY willing to help me out via IM? Thanks <3
