So I managed to make a skirt and a matching headbow out of 1.5 metres of this fabric - it was the last of their batch. I'm not the best at sewing but I guess this makes an alright casual skirt.
The problem is that I made this skirt out of two pieces of half circles and as you can see in the picture below the stripes are tilted and not straight in the sides. What shape would be better to cut the fabric in when I work with this kind of patterned fabric the next time?
