I had meant to ask this a few days ago...
I recently made two orders from Baby about three weeks ago. Both orders were very close to each other, probably only one day appart.
The first order arrived and is fine, but it seems as though the second order was *completley* overlooked because of how closely they were sent.
After a week, there was no response on the second order, and I also had a genreal question, so I e-mailed Baby to ask about it, and I've yet to get a reponse, so that means they've not responded in around 2 weeks.
So, I sent in another order from a different e-mail address because I wanted something else, and just to see if Baby was responding to anyone, and that was about a week ago, and still--no one seems to be responding to any of my orders.
It's weird, because the first order went off without a hitch and was completed in three days, and everyone was really nice, and everything was good. :/
So is anyone else having any trouble, or has anyone else ever had their orders...completley ignored?
Is there another Baby e-mail that I can send order questions to?
I don't understand, if they only have that one e-mail address, and you can *only* use it to order...where in gods name are we supposed to contact them if we have a problem with something..? :/
