I ordered a wig from Rakuten on the 11th using a credit card, and used the address of a friend who is living in Tokyo, Japan. Two days ago, I went to check the balance of my bank account as a routine, and noticed that there wasn't any transaction in June. (The last online shopping I did was in April) My friend is there on student exchange (i.e. busy studying !) and her Japanese isn't fantastic, so I didn't want to trouble her too much, except to collect the wig and send it back.
I'm feeling quite stumped because I've received an email from Rakuten which said thank you for the order, but there was no transaction on my credit card, and i need the wig for an event next month !
Is there anybody familiar with Rakuten who can offer a word of advice, suggestion or reassurance ? It will be most appreciated ! Thank you !
