Okay, firstly, both of us would like to apologise if we sounded harsh in our defense. We agree that we should not be so "bitchy" as miyavi_kuso has put it and will now calm ourselves and tackle this issue properly. Yes, we have seen the error of our ways and agree with some nice people who suggested we be more professional about it. So here we are~ Clearing things up before it gets blown even bigger.
To resolve feedback issues:
amaryllie <- This is h_kazume's personal selling journal
Here~ <- Personal feedback in ebay
Clicky <- Personal feedback in Singapore Auctions
Here and Here <- dirupon's selling threads (Sorry I can't link to all >__< , since the search thing doesn't want to link! >( )
Here and here and here~ <- na.na's selling threads (Same reason as above~)
Maybe you think our feedback is not enough, but that is still your choice, we will not force you to buy our stuff >__< We will aim to gain your trust, yes. And as we are new to this whole "business" thing, we will be glad to receive proper advice on how to be more credible (Like what information we should tell you, what other things we should mention) sellers. If in any event you feel insecure about our credibility, please tell us what we can do to put you as ease. (Giving you our home addresses, handphone numbers, etc. We are fine with these as we have a clear conscience)
Even if in the event that you are not satisfied with the item we have sold to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve it for you as soon as we get online. We will try our very best to give you a replacement, or in extreme cases, a refund. I, as h_kazume, am one of the partners of MarshMelon and have feedback (in SGCafe) in that account for many many things such as the shoes which I have just promoted recently, wigs and even some custom-tailoring services. However, as MarshMelon is not linked to cuppycakeland, I would try refraining from using their feedback since we are still two different "businesses". But if you are still worried, you can let us know and I'll refer MarshMelon's customers to you.
Also as stated in our selling journal, please give us a maximum of two days to reply you as sometimes we might have some extra stuff going on which refrains us from using the internet/computer ^^ Please be reminded that as we are situated in Singapore, we would have a very different timezone from some of you who are in other countries. So there would be a time clash thing.
On Lolita items from Obabahime: Yup, asked permission from her. She has her own store in Taobao where she sells to locals, we are merely her agents for overseas customers, if to put it simply.
On Naoto items: Same thing as above~
On Shopping Service: This is a partnership with Obabahime, who lives in Tokyo, Japan. (:
On DollZone: I have seeked for permission from 2 DollZone agents who gave us the OK to be Singapore representatives. One lady is in ShangHai, who is DollZone's official retailer, and the other's YuanZhi who is the owner of Doll Mart and is an official rep in China for DZ and also a person whom most overseas representatives go to for BJDs.
On any other items: Most of the items we are getting from China as labour is cheap but the quality is also good. We have of course, asked for permission to re-sell them to foreign customers so don't worry. Most of the time, the items we import from China are suppliers whom we personally have ordered from before.
If there's anything else you wish to ask us (please take advantage of this now since we're both online and can give you a reply a.s.a.p. At least until 2 hours later, which is 4am here, when we have to go sleep or face having panda eyes @_@) please do. We have now calmed ourselves down, listened to advice and suggestions from others, and are ready to be much more professional in handling things. (:
