May I suggest something for the Mods?

After thinking about it, and discussing with some other member of this community at various times, I was thinking there may be a possiblitiy of a new rule?

Seeing as this is a English language site community, why don't we just use that language?

I (and others, I am certain) find it frustrating when somebody whips off into another language in a post. Especially when it is an interesting conversation! There are certain groups who are worse offenders than others, and I am sure they have their own forums in their language where they can go nuts. I think this should include Japanese, because not everyone knows anything but "SUPER KAWAII DESU~~~!!!!!11111". Please.
I'm not here to stir up the drama, I think it is just common sense. Someone wouldn't post here (usually) in a language other than English, so it should be the same for comments. And please excuse me, if this is already a rule. But I didn't see it anywhere. And if it is people obviously need reminding.

EDIT: Maybe "rule" is too strong a word. The rest of my post is "suggest" and "why don't we?". I didn't think I could get in trouble for something generally milder than a few people have bitched about here. And when I said "site", I meant egl. I've seen the amount of foreign-language communities on here. I was hoping that people would be more courteous in this regard. As small as the issue really is. I wouldn't go onto a forum that was in japanese and use English. Unless it was welcomed. And sometimes it isn't. It goes both ways.
It was suggested by accelagirl that my use of bold font made my entry look to forceful. I agree - I honestly didn't think about that at the time. Therefore, for the sake of toning it down, I will change it.

EDIT AGAIN: Needless to say i may have been slightly out of line with my wording. I still believe my suggestion was fair. Carnet has wirded her own suggestion, and I agree, I just wish i had taken similar wording. I was taken out of context fair and square. I am disabling comments, because I am sick of seeing OLD WANK popping up in my inbox. It is resolved.
