Germany- Lolita friendly?

I have a question for any German lolitas, or from surrounding areas who would know.

I plan on studying in Germany in a year or so, and I'm wondering how safe it is for a lolita there. I visited for a couple weeks last spring and felt pretty safe, but at the time I was wearing more toned down goth clothes and was always with people.

I'm a girl, very small, and wear lolita, so I'm constantly paranoid living here in the U.S.
If I do go to Germany I'll be living alone, and I'll be wearing lolita as often as possible. I'm just worried that I won't be safe. I know in general it's a pretty safe country, but I'm not sure how far they are with tolerance and such. Here I often get people yelling things from cars, staring at me all the time, and I can't walk around by myself after dark without being terrified, even though I live in a nice neighborhood. I'm just not sure if Germany is like that.

Obviously I know to avoid creepy places, alleys, trains at night, etc. but as I'm really not familiar with the country and may end up living in a big city, I want to know.

Oh, I don't know yet if I'll be living in a big city or a smaller one, so how do they differ? Is one safer or more tolerant than the other?

If someone could tell me of their personal experiences or what to expect/do/avoid etc, that'd be really helpful.

Searching for a skirt that I saw.

I'm hoping my senior Lolitas can help me find a skirt. I think there was also a JSK version of it. It had a lovely pattern of lavender flowers and I think it was by Atelier Pierrot but I can't remember now. There were ruffles on the bottoms and I remember the back being bustled, but maybe I am remembering false. It was also very large. Whatever petticoat there were using under it to take pictures was a very large one! I just remember it having the loveliest mint and purple color-scheme and now I'm sorely sorry I didn't buy it when I had the chance!!!

I'm really sorry that I can't give you any very perticular details, but I really appreciate and thank everyone who helps me out in advance!!!

The skirt has been found, thank you all very much for the help.

Lolita Christmas gifts.

For Christmas one of the gifts my mom gave me were these cute cupcake hand soaps.  The white one is a Vanilla Cream and the other is a Chocolate Dipped Macarone, both of these hand soaps smell very delicious and leaves your hands smelling great.  She had found these at Wal-Mart a few weeks before Christmas, they are 18.6 fl oz and stand 6in tall.

Question about ordering on AP San Francisco

Hello, EGL! I have a quick question about ordering through the AP San Francisco website. The ordering process went well up until I got to the Payment Information page. There is no paypal option, and it doesn't appear to be secure. I say this because the website doesn't start with https like most secure pages do and it doesn't state that it is secure or encrypted. I don't feel comfortable putting in my credit card info on a page that appears to be completely unsecured and anyone could gain access to my information. Does anyone know if there actually is encryption of some sort and it isn't stated, or anything of that nature that would mean for a safer purchasing process? Any help would be appreciated.

Boots and how good they wear

Hi everyone

I have some questions on lolita boots. I am looking for a pair that is ok to get wet, as in snow and rain. I hate that my shoes are too low and the tops of my socks get soaked. Can anyone recommend an off-brand, (around $50 USD) pair of boots? Direct links would be nice.
