Closet Child translation? :O

Sorry I'm posting so much! I want to buy this JSK on CC but I don't understand the translation of the damage and I don't want to buy it if it's too damaged. O.o

Here is the chrome translation:

Wear photo is an image. One suit of clothes, the actual goods are all different by the position of the handle portion of the fabric cut. On your note, thank you for your order in advance.
Float marks brooch, fabrics kink West, to the West in the overall race Wearing (wrinkles, deviation), and there is a point-like dirt near the right side rather than the center of the front waist.

And here is the original:

Please help me! Thank you. (:

A Bodyline sizing question.

Hello, everybody.
Today, I have a question for people who bought this Punk Yukata from bodyline.
http://item.rakuten.co.jp/bodyline/p192/
My body size is about 2L according to the sizing chart BL provided. Bust about 90cm, waist about 78cm.
But I am a tall girl who is around 170cm.
Would you recommend me to buy 2L or 4L???
Is the waist band tight or fairly loose??? Sometimes BL stuff go smaller than the size they provide and sometimes a lot bigger than the size they provide on their website...

Budget coat

Hi! I'd love to have a coat that actually looks good with my sweet lolita clothes (as opposed to my faux leather jackets) but I'm on a tight budget. So I was browsing taobao for pink coats and found this coat: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.3.17.37.ffd0ab&id=20013420791& but it looks a bit too cold for winter. I also saw: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.10.174.eb30cd&id=19993492772
Do you think it will look good with Lolita? Or is it too cheap looking?
Thanks in advance if you reply!

Three Tiered Skirt Help?

When making a three Tiered skirt, do you gather everything to the same length? How do you get that Lolita flair? Obviously each tier has an added amount of fabric. Tier 1 should be around your hip size, tier 2 should be doubled and tier 3 should be tripled. But if each tier is longer than the one on top of it, the only way that makes sense to me is gathering them to the same size.

I understand gathering and am, so people tell me, fairly good at it. I've made a number of gathered skirts before and enjoy it. How do you go about making a three tiered skirt though? Also, I've put lace on hems but never on seams before. I want to use the lace to separate each tier to make it look a little choppy. Do I apply the lace like I do on hems?

Help? Does anyone have a good tut to post?

AP Low Waist Pleated JSK

First time poster, etc, but I was checking out the local thrift stores in my area, and stumbled upon this. I was so shocked that I found it, it was a complete impulse buy. I've never bought lolita before, but I've always thought about it. Got it home, tried it on, and it just didn't fit. Since I'm new to lolita and such, I'm not sure how much it would be worth, so I thought I'd ask here to check, and see if it's worth a re-sell!

Photos under the cut.
