Closet Child sizing?

Hello! I just had a super, quick question about the sizing on closet child?
For example this --> http://closetchild.ocnk.net/product/31633
The bust says: 41.5cm. Is this measured while laying flat? Or the circumference? Because my bust is 82cm O_____O
The waist is 68cm and that is about mine, so I think this is measured by the circumference.
So why is the bust half the size it should be?
Sorry if someone has posted a sizing question before, I tried searching the history and only egl-comm-sales stuff came up.
Thanks an advance!

Babydoll-style JSK fit question

I have my eye on an old school Btssb jsk. It has back shirring and fits my measurements.
However I'm pretty busty, and also short. I don't have that big a frame and supposedly high-waisted items can look awkward on people that aren't petite all over. Am I better off looking for something more fitted with a longer bodice?

Anyone else have this problem, or not? Enlighten me please!

Mary Magdalene Background

Hi guys. This may sound like a strange request but does anyone have an image of the MM stock photo background image? I'm setting a new background for my computer and I thought it would be interesting (and pretty) to have their background. It's that looped floral cameo-type one; I don't know how to describe it too well. Does anyone know where to find it? I tried Lolibrary but they just have the prints, not the actual background for the prints. Thanks!
