How to become a personal Shopping Service?

I'm currently living in Japan and will be here for the year, and happen to live near by some brand shops.

So while I am here and following lolita fashion I figured it might be a good idea to help overseas lolitas out since I can purchase items in store. But first I'd like to know what people would like to see in a good shopping service and make sure I can be the best before I get started. I know lolitas care a lot about their clothes and that buying from overseas through someone else is a big investment. So, I guess my real question is, before I get started, what sort of things would you like to see in a personal shopping service? What kind of rates do you think would be fair to charge customers?

For your information, I live in Kanazawa and can regularly visit Angelic Pretty, Baby the Stars Shine Bright, Alice and the Pirates, Innocent World (this place also carries some Millefleurs) and black Peace Now. The last time I went to AATP they were fully stocked with the latest Vampire Forest JSKs in all colorways!
