Quaintrelle : New Lolita Blog

Quaintrelle: A quaintrelle is a woman who emphasizes a life of passion expressed through personal style, leisurely pastimes, charm, and cultivation of life’s pleasures..

I have opened up a new blog, which will mainly focus on lolita and lolita related projects. Right now the content is limited, but in the future there will be much much more! And with the input of commenters I can continue to come up with fun projects, tutorials, art and coordinates :)

Please let me know what you think of the site, and please let me know if you have any suggestions! Feedback generates inspiration, and I hope that I can inspire some people in return :3

Jewelry Jelley coordinate help!

Hi there, I'm new to the community and to wearing lolita.(I've known about the style for four or five years but I finally decided to start dressing in the style.)

Anyway, the dress is Angelic Pretty's Jewelry Jelly Jumper skirt in mint and I will be wearing it to my uncle's wedding in August. So, I was just wondering if anyone could give me some ideas of what to wear with it. Most of the items I have that could be considered lolita are mostly gothic as well, so my options are a bit limited.

Help with Osanpo Candy Chan sk problem

Dear all
I bought an Angelic Pretty osanpo candy-chan skirt from a comm user not long ago and the sk turned out to be a nightmare. I have contacted the user and before any resolution is achieved I will not rat about her here. But I need some practical advice and hope you can help! I need advice on cleaning, esp from osanpo-owners, and general advice on what you think the loss in value may be if the sk does not get cleaned successfully.
Please see my journal at and would appreciate your advice!
Thank you!

Places to buy Head Crowns

I've googled, checked memories, looked around stores and I'm having trouble finding head crowns!

I'm looking for small mini head crowns that aren't made of beads or anything. I'd really like if they were black and not too expensive. I tried asking some people if they could make some for me, but got no response.

If there has already been a similar topic with some good answers I'm sorry.
