Young Lolitas- Making Friends and Finding Comms

We all respect our lolita elders, and those who can teach us the ways of lolita as experienced adults. However, there are many of us young lolitas (age wise) who have been daring enough to experiment with the works of J-Fashion. Are there any of you out there, experienced, or beginner lolitas, who are on the younger side of the spectrum? (ie: under the age of twenty one). Do you have trouble finding a community where you can fit in within your age range? Or, making friends you can meetup with? What about those who live in the US? Please share your experiences in the comments! ^.^ I, myself live in New York. And I find it quite complicated to navigate finding the right comms here.
