Underskirts? Making up for shorter skirt

Hi~

I'm on the taller side of loli and I always had things custom made. And while I don't tend to give a second look to things that can't be made to my length I find myself looooving this print:

It's F+F Musical Palmer JSK. It can't be made longer and given my shoulder to waist measurement the skirt part would end up being 53cm (I asked them). My waist to knee is 63cm. So, using an underskirt is a must. Do you see a black underskirt working nicely with that JSK? Is 10-12cm of underskirt fine or is it too much and I should just forget about it?

Something like this as underskirt. I have a similar one in chiffon.
