Measurements of Btssb's Rose Flora JSK?

I'm interested in buying Baby's Rose Flora JSK, but I've been unable to find measurements that include the shirring stretch. Lolibrary has a post for the dress, but no measurements *shrugs* and the online shop selling it does flat measurements only. If anyone has this dress and could measure it's bust and waist I'd be extremely grateful. Or if anyone has any insight into the jsks with partial shirring Baby was putting out in 2008, that would be super helpful too. Thanks ^-^
