A while ago I bought Metamorphose's Trumpet Sleeve Babydoll OP (left), then more recently I saw a dress for sale that at first glance looked identical, but upon closer inspection had several differences (which I directed my friend to and now we're going to almost-twin!)
However the dress on the right doesn't seem to be on lolibrary, yet there are 3 photos of it worn from the old-school days, where as mine (left) has only one, which seems to be the dress being modelled (unless you count the white colourway, in which case there's 2). I'm starting to wonder whether mine might be a sample version, or if it's more likely Meta just released two very similar dresses with slight differences.

The back of both dresses (still mine on the left and the other on the right). As you can see there's some more differences here, such as the left having the lace ribbons at the back also, while the rightleaves the chiffon open at the back. The left dress does actually have waist ties, but they're not visible in that photo since Wunderwelt put it on the mannequin the wrong way round.
Does anyone happen to have a bit more insight than my speculations? Did Meta just decide to release two very similar dresses? Is mine just a sample version or something?
I'd really appreciate any information people might have, I'm so curious!
