Fanime 2016 Lolita Indie Designer Fashion Show Designer, Model, Hair/Make up and Assistance Call

It's that  time of year again...

We’re looking for models, designers, make up/hair artists, photographers, and anyone else who wants to help for the Lolita Indie Designer Fashion Show panel at Fanime 2016. Fanime is May 27-30th at the San Jose McEnery Convention center in San Jose. I do not know the exact date or time of the fashion show or even if it’s happening at this time. Fanime has not opened panel submissions yet, but we need to start planning.  I’ll update this post as soon as I have more information.  Please submit an application if you're interested, and just let us know in the notes section if you can only do it if it's this day, or not that time, etc. The show will be Saturday, May 28th from 1-2p in panels 1. Models will need to meet around 11am to prepare for the show, and I would allow at least half an hour after the show to change and make sure you've gotten your photo taken. Time commitment would then be from 11am to 2:30pm. Applications close April 30th, and models will be selected and notified by the 2nd week of May, hopefully.

For designers, we’re looking for designers who will be at the convention or will send their items in to be shown. While we ask that you pay to ship the items to us, we will pay for return shipping. We accepting accessory designers as well as clothing designers. If you would like to show some of your designs, please send in the form. Again, don't be shy, apply! !
