Re-wearing Lolita Main Pieces And Posting to CoF/Daily Lolita

After a post was made on rufflechat talking about re-wearing lolita clothing, and with the growing anxiety I've seen among some lolita when it comes to posting their photos online to places like Closet of Frills (FB version of Daily Lolita), it made me wonder a little about how people felt about certain things that seem to keep coming up.

Namely, if people felt judged based on owning/wearing brand versus bodyline, If people felt judged for re-wearing clothing, and if people had any anxiety around posting to things like CoF and Daily lolita.

I'm also interested in looking at age and how long someone has been a lolita, and if those things impact how they feel about these topics.

You can take the (somewhat long, but hopefully a bit fun) survey here

No names are being collected and the information will be shared as part of a post on my blog (rainedragon.com), which I will link to here.

This is an informal and non-scientific survey.

That said, we can of course also have a more long form discussion here. Do you think the community attitudes todards re-wearing clothing have changed since you became a lolita? Do you feel that the greater availability of lolita clothing outside of Japan has changed the dynamic of lolita fashion at all? Have you ever felt insecure about posting to CoF or Daily Lolita? If so, why?

Personally, I feel like there has been a sort of pressure over the last couple years to frequently create photo-based content that is on a very high level, because on social media platforms like FB (CoF), Instagram and Tumblr, that seems to be the content that people most engage with, and the way those platforms are set up, the content "vanishes" very quickly. I feel like this creates a very, very fast pace for content compared to Live Journal and old school blogs, where it was easier to page back through older content (eternally scrolling pages are hard to go back very far on).

((I'm not answering the first two spoon points because I'm more curious what other people have to say :P ))

What are your thoughts?

::edit::

For clarity to "re-wear" something would be to wear the same piece of clothing more than one time. It really is just asking if you wear a dress more than one time before retiring it or selling it.
