Tips for cleaning Moitie?

I have Moitie’s Frame Cross Print JSK and I’m worried about washing it. I was going to just get it dry cleaned, but I know you’re not supposed to dry clean screen prints, and I don’t know if it is screen printed or not! Does anyone know if it is?
