Identifying an AP onepiece

I'm wondering if anybody can help me identify a dress. I haven't been able to find the name or which year this dress is from. I have seen one other person with pictures of this dress but it was also pictures to sell and not store pictures and I cannot find the post any more. I'd lik

It has a shirred back, detachable waist ties, neck ties and a build in petticoat.
