Help needed finding information on this one piece

Recently I bought an oldschool Maxicimam dress second hand which was listed as "Maxicimam Gobeline Piece", however I'm not sure whether that is the official name. I'd also like to know what year it was released and whether there were any other colourways, just out of curiosity. I've already checked Lolibrary and Hellolace but it does not seem to be listed on either, so I'd really appreciate if you know anything about the dress or where I could find more information!
