Btssb skirt size - Question

I want to buy a skirt from Btssb but I'm not sure if the skirt will fit me. The size says "Waist 60-98cm" and I have 88cm. I'm doubting a little bit that the skirt will be comfortable for me so I ask if anyone has experience with Btssb skirts and can tell me if the size is really that generous?
