Question about Male Version of Gothic Lotia

I am wondering if there is such a thing as a Male version and some simple outfits I could make (have done my own uniforms for cosplay).

I hope this is the right place to post these things as I haven't found much about a male version of these kinds of outfits

Any help would be nice
