KamiKaze girls

I was recently re-reading Kamikaze girls (Or shimotsuma monogatari) and I was wondering if they ever translated the sequel Takemoto promised into english or if anyone knew anything about it. I can't read many characters in Japanese so reading in Japanese is out. also if anyone else knows any good lolita related books I'd love to hear about that too.
