Yoybuy order hasn't arrived, yet it says it has?

So I've looked EVERYWHERE for literally any Yoybuy case that sounds like mine, and I've found nothing.

I ordered a Classical Puppets petti using Yoybuy sometime in October, and it was supposed to arrive today. Problem is, it hasn't...and my order status says it arrived October 28th. Worst part: my mother (who ordered the petti for me) doesn't know which shipping method she used. >.<

I have no earthly idea what's going on!!!!
