Recently, I ordered 2 packages of items from bodyline through EMS almost 2 weeks ago. I wanted to check the shipping status for both my packages, but both JP or USPS says there's no shipment carrier with those tracking numbers.
I looked up some older entries but there's no similar situation discussed. I have sent Bodyline an email, but I am worried if the package was ever sent, or if it's lost somewhere.
How can I find my package? Is there any way I can get my money back if my package is lost?
