Coord Help

It's been a loooong time since I've been to any sort of lolita event. I'm finally going to a meetup on Saturday and I've realized that I'm completely out of touch with what's considered acceptable these days. I put together a few looks that I'm not sure are even okay. In the past, I've leaned towards ouji and aristocrat. I don't even know if people wear that anymore.




So the rundown of my thoughts on each outfit

Outfit 1
+ Inspired by old Plastic Tree, which I love.
+ Comfortable
+ About as close to cute as I get
- Not very exciting
- Definitely really old school, but not necessarily in a good way

Outfit 2
+ Looks cool maybe
+ Probably the most "me" outfit
- Possibly too visual kei. Particularly the pleather pants.
- Corset is uncomfortable

Outfit 3
+ Definitely saw a similar street snap before and was all about it
- This hat is way too big on my head without a wig.
- No but seriously, are the pleather pants out of the question?

Outfit 4
+ I honestly don't know if anything about this is good, but it made sense in the moment
- Reminds me of basically every steampunk look ever
- Corset is uncomfortable.

Outfit 5
+ Definitely what I associate with aristocrat
+ Comfortable
- Potentially more outdated than I think
- Goth Mary Poppins
