BTSSB Mail Order

I've checked the memories but it seems it's been a while since any info on mail orders has been updated.  Does Baby still take around five days to get back to mail orders? The last order I sent, they returned an email within one day.  But I've been waiting since Thursday this time, and I'm getting worried that I might not be able to reserve my items before they sell out.

Should I resend the email, or wait a few more days? Thank you!
