Has anyone heard of Fanplusfriend?

I'm only grateful that some useful advice from the Internet and real Lolitas stopped me before I fell for Milanoo. That being said, I did some more research and web surfing and came across two non-brand Lolita clothing. One is, of course, Bodyline, and the other is a website called Fanplusfriend, which sells Lolita, cosplay, and gothic clothing.
I once read that if the prices are too low for any of the pieces, it was too good to be true. I've taken that to heart, and at least to me the prices for Fanplusfriend are reasonable enough for their products. However, I'd like to get a second opinion before I do any shopping on their website.
