Innocent World’s Libra JSK Sizing

Okay; I'm lost for words. At this point I can't figure out how the sizing for this piece works. Some sources (most of the people currently selling it) list conflicting information on the sizing of Libra and I'm desperate for some sort of confirmation. So on both main sources found when googling for this JSK the garment measurements listed are 86.5cm length (skirt length: 60cm), 90cm bust, 78cm waist, but on sale pages the bust measurement for the garment is sometimes listed as 82cm for the bust and smaller for the waist. So at this point I'm interested if anyone knows how this JSK actually fits. My measurements are 83cm bust, 68cm (max) waist, 104cm hip. Worn pictures would also really help.

Really what's drawing me to this JSK is that I've heard a lot about how Innocent World items are usually easy care and I am in the market for a solid brown JSK with some cream lace details. If the fit for this JSK isn't for me (meaning it wont fit) then really any dress that fits the above points is what I'm looking for currently.
