Possible Ebay find?

Hi everyone! I'm a pretty new Lolita and I've been recently trying to grow my wardrobe. I was searching ebay, (I know, Ebay can be sketchy) when I found this square dancing skirt. (Please forgive me if I posted the picture wrong. This is only my second post to livejournal >_<)



I was wondering if it would be suitable for a casual lolita skirt. It's only $15, which is a plus for me.
If it's acceptable, do you have any suggestions on how to coord it?
