Chiffonroseshop review!^^ Positive!
Hi everyone!
I received a package from the new resale shop Chiffon Rose and I decided to make a review, since the shop is very new. Sorry in advance for my mistakes in English, it isn't my first language.
I placed my order at them in the end of May, asking if I could do a short payment plan for a dress from Innocent World they were selling. Luckily, that was alright! I was asked to buy the dress on Storenvy with a lowered amount (my deposit) and the owner send me an invoice for the final payment, due to the 19th of June, the date we agreed I would pay the rest. On the 15th of June the owner told me she was going to send out packages, so if I could pay a little earlier, she could do mine too. I couldn't do that unfortunately, but I thought it was very kind of her to mention this to me.
After I paid on the 19th of June, the package was send out immediately, literally a few minutes later. The owner was very nice to deal with and notified also on their Facebook page that the packages to her customers were shipped.
And today, it arrived!
My dress was packed in a sturdy package, that I opened immediately, so no picture of that haha! The dress was packed in a pink plastic bag.
The owner of the shop also wrote a lovely note, thanking me for my support and wishing me a lovely day. I thought this was really thoughtful and nice of her!

Overall, I give the shop Chiffon Rose a 5/5 for their service, communication and packaging and I would definetely order from the shop again. I can totally recommend it to you!<3
