So I reserved Sleepless Masquerade in the Twilight JSK a few months ago, Baby's site states that the dress was scheduled to be delivered by the end of April, yet I haven't even received a notice that it has been shipped out. This is actually the first time I have ordered directly from Baby's page (I usually go through Tokyo Rebel) so I have no idea if this is commonplace. Should I send them an inquiry via email?

*Update* Everyone, thank you for your responses. I ordered the jsk in March after the production increase. I emailed Baby on the 16 and received a prompt response stating that the dress would arrive in their office next week and that it would be shipped out as soon as they received it. Well, I'm sorry to say that two weeks later no shipping confirmation, no dress. 😔
