Contacting TNT Post/PostNL
Hello everyone,
I ordered a secondhand IW blouse the other week, with TNT Post/PostNL as my postal service. Anyway, I went out shopping today, and as it always is, the parcel was "delivered". Yet I wasn't in to sign for it, therefore it hasn't been delivered. Yet when I looked on the tracking website it says "Parcel delivered to addressee". There was no card, nothing. I then clicked onto the 'show signature' section, and it shows a signature- which is obviously not mine. What on earth am I suppose to do? I've tried to navigate the website, but I cannot for the life of me find any sort of phone number which I can contact. Does anyone have any experience with this delivery company? What can I do?

Note: I changed the country location, to alter the language to English. When I did that it redirected me to TNT post, so I'm just assuming they're the same company?

Update on the situation- just in case anyone else runs into a similar problem, in the future;
I have since found my blouse; it was delivered to the completely wrong address, which is five miles down the road from me. The only reason I was able to get my parcel was because the owner of the household was kind enough to drop it off for me- thankfully they knew who I was. I am now planning to send a complaint to TNT, as I could have potentially lost a parcel worth €80. I even paid for insurance for said parcel, yet that insurance would have been void because the parcel was signed for- by an elderly lady, who was unable to read the address/name.
