Weird-shaped dress question: This is my Blood JSK

Hi everyone. (Happy Valentine's Day!) So, I just received This is my Blood JSK, missing the underskirt. (http://lolibrary.org/apparel/my-blood-jsk) This is the weirdest-shaped dress I've ever had, from the small panel of non-shirring in the center back to the bubble hem to where the waist hits. I thought I could wear it with an underskirt I already have, but I did not take into consideration that the hemline comes _in_ a bit and looks strange with a very full underskirt.

So my question is, can anyone show me / describe to me what the underskirt that came with this jsk is shaped like, so I can make one or find a replacement? Right down to the hem circumference, if you can measure it. Also any tips on wearing this unusual cut? I'm thinking of a big pink waist sash with a piratey belt buckle. Thanks!
