For reference, here's my 2012 wardrobe post. You will notice 2 things : there has been a lot of changes, and there's only one survivor from this wardrobe post!
I have sold pretty much everything in my wardrobe due to financial reasons, but I'm slowly building it back.
Off to the nice stuff! Warning : it's image heavy!
First off, the "boring" part : novelties
Sorry about the washing machine picture haha, I was too lazy to do a nice setup! These are a few plates and glasses from both AP and BTSSB. It's a shame the fees are so bad on the auction sites, because I would probably buy a ton of them and have a cupboard filled with novelties! Feels good to drink tea in a BTSSB mug, man.

Onto the socks!
2 pairs of offbrand black OTK, offbrand tights, Grimoire tights, 2 pairs of offbrand red tights, and tights from Belle Antique.
And the socks! I realized recently how my closet was cruelly lacking in socks, so I sort of got crazy and bought a ton of pairs. And there's 6 pairs missing on the picture because I got them today, haha.

I only recently started buying more blouses. I can't stop myself from buying dresses, but I don't buy as much as accessories and blouses as I should. I should really stop doing that but it's so hard!

Purses
I recently have been admitted in a PAA (Purse Addicts Anonyms) meeting. Ok, not, but I really should.
From left to right (sort of) : offbrand cat purse, alpaca purse from arpakasso, porter bear and chick-chan from Angelic Pretty, and 2 Usakumya from Baby The Stars Shine Bright. I plan on having the whole Usakumya family!
And nope, it doesn't stop there, there are more purses in the closet! Left one is from Innocent World and right one from Baby The Stars Shine Bright. Scepter and crown are from CiCi work!

Here's the left half of my closet.
First off, this Moitie dress. I know it's faded and really used, but it's a gift from a dear friend of mine. 2 years ago, I was living 10 hours away from my community, and I missed them all the time. When I took the plunge and moved here, she gave me this dress as a gift. I don't wear it much because it's not really my style, but I cherish it very much.
Metamorphose - March of Ducks skirt
You know when you're really looking for something, then you find it and it pops up EVERYWHERE after that? Well, that's what happened with this skirt. Still love it and planning a cool coord!
Mary Magdalene - Antoinette Fleur OP
This dress has been on my wishlist since I began wearing lolita. I was much more into ultra-sweet prints and hated Juliette and Justine and Mary Magdalene at the time, I thought they were boring. What a fool was I! This dress, however, grabbed all my frilly feels since the very beginning. I managed to buy it a couple of weeks ago, and I was scared that it wouldn't fit. But it did!
Baby The Stars Shine Bright - Träumerei of Bright Stars OP
I think my mom's love for Christmas and everything Christmas-y finally got onto me! Fell in love with this dress at first sight and obviously it was sold out when I finally decided to buy it. Found it on auction and bought it for probably much than I should have paid for it, but yolo.

This is a very special dress for me. I met my boyfriend in January of last year, but being French and having an expired visa, he had to go back to France. I missed him too much so the month after, I bought a plane ticket and flew to France. He lived 3 hours away from Paris but bought train tickets for us so he could bring me to BTSSB Paris. That's where I bought this dress. Such speshul, very love.

Baby The Stars Shine Bright - Maria Antonio OP
If you looked at my wardrobe post from 2012, you will notice that this is the only survivor from this wardrobe post, haha. I've been in love with that dress for years and it will never go away.
Now, onto the right side of my closet. I believe Darth Vader once said : "Come to the dark side, we have cats". Yeah, pretty sure he said that.
WelcoOoOoOomEeEe to the crazy cat lady's closet!
Background sob-story, skip to the next picture if you don't care : if you haven't noticed already, well, I love cats. Last July, my friend posted a facebook status saying that she found a kitten and if nobody stepped up for him, she would bring him to the SPA. It was July 4th, and here in Quebec, people move on July 1st, and LOTS of pets get abandoned because their owners can't bring them into their new place. So the kitten didn't stand a chance if he was brought to the SPA, since it was already full. I took him in and bathed him, removed his fleas with tweezers, took care of him like my own child, and he cost me a small fortune at the vet! I kept him and he is the best cat ever.
After that, I saved lots of other cats from the street since September (about 15 cats) and placed them in loving families. My most recent and touching case was Pacha, a stray cat whose front left leg had been cut by a trap. He spent MONTHS like that. When I found out about him, I traveled 7 hours (2 times) to get him. I had to bring him to my vet to have the rest of his leg amputated because it didn't heal properly. He fell sick right after that and he stopped eating. I brought him to my vet and he fell into a depression. He stopped moving and looked really confused. For 5 days he had to be force-fed. I went to visit him on the last day, and when I went back 2 days after, my vet said he began eating again right after my visit. Some "specialists" say animals don't have feelings, but after that I am convinced they do. I love cats, they are beautiful creatures and make me happy, so I'm doing my best to make them happy as well by taking them out of the street or the pound (which has a high kill ratio).
So that was my sob-story about cats, partly explaining why I own so many cat prints haha. Feel free to ask for pictures of the cats if you're as crazy as me!
