Baby lolita ~ uk ~ advice?

I've been aware of lolita for about three years and have been eyeing it for one and a half, and this christmas I finally took the plunge and followed my heart's desires, hehe. So I know about it, I just don't own things. I've bought a jsk from Bodyline (wanted to get more but out of stock - how often do they update their stock, by the way?) & basics from qutieland & clobbaonline and I'm going to purchase from Angelic Pretty soon. I like most things sweet, pinks, yellows, sax, mint, lavender, white. I also like classic lolita in pinks, creams, and browns. Apart from the jsk/one piece, petticoat, blouse, tights/socks, accessories, bags, shoes, am I missing anything else? ><

I was just wondering if any of you have tips, of good stores for lolitas on a budget, wigs, and accessories?

And also, are any of you from the UK? I'm really shy and would love to make some lolita friends worldwide, but also from England... I know about the Tea Party Club but I'm very nervous to introduce myself to the community, but here I am <3 UK-wise, are there any meets or japanese cons happening this year? (I go to Hyper Japan, but that's all)

Also, it gets me down sometimes about my sort of interests, not that i'm embarrassed or ashamed, but I suffer with mental illnesses (mainly anorexia but depression, bpd, ocd, social anxiety), and my sort of love for 'kawaii' and pink, over the top, dressing in lolita, I love it to pieces - but I always get upset and wish that I could be like other kids my age who get excited by things like Topshop, lol. But that's only because I have social anxiety which means I get scared of what people think, to extremes, and I'm yet to go outside in Lolita clothing.. I think it's because I'm the only person I know that likes that sort of thing, I don't have any friends that are into Japanese fashion, kawaii culture, anime, etc.

This is sort of an irrelevant post I know ;U; But hello sweetiepies
