Hello, has anyone been having trouble with The Snow Field lately? I ordered a pair of wrist cuffs since October and have yet to receive them. I know she has been busy these last few months but every time I contact her she keeps saying "Oh I'll ship them right away/the next day." I have even opened a paypal dispute but she hasn't provided any update or proof that she has shipped my wrist cuffs. :(
