hi im a new lolita still finding her way , i'm quite young and i'm currently trying to build a wardrobe.
i was wondering if there are any lolitas out there in leicester(uk) because i never seem to see any around
if there are others it would be lovely if we could organise a meetup or something as there never seems to be any any and it would be lovely if there were local lolitas to support each other thankyou ^_^
