Has anyone bought from www.lolitadressesshop.com?

So I've been stalking EGL and other Lolita websites for a while now, and I found a good starter piece, just to start to experiment with Loli. I want to save up to buy http://www.lolitadressesshop.com/lolita-light-yellow-cotton-square-neck-short-sleeves-bow-multilayer-sweet-dress-p-1792.html for Easter, as I'll get a bunch of money around Christmas. It's a very simple, elegant piece that with a few white accessories will be a nice, toned down but still Loli dress to kind of test the fashion and introduce it to my family.

So. Has anyone used this website before? Yes, I searched EGL. I just didn't want to waste my $75 dollars on a bad dress.
