Help with Lolita Bow Infograph?

Hello everyone! I am currently doing an assignment in college where we have to create a step by step info-graph. I've been obsessing over Lolita fashion recently so I decided to do something related.

The rough drawing below shows how I've always tied my bows and I don't know if it's the most pleasant looking way to do it or not. So here are some questions, is there a better way to tie it for the bow to turn out prettier? Is this sketch clear and easy to understand? Any suggestions for improvement before I move onto my final illustration?
