I'm a bit confused about some problems with Japonica Market. I've always used them as SS and I have never had any problem... until now.
I sent them an e-mail the last thursday in the morning because I wanted to place a bid on 9 items at Y!aJ. They invoiced me in the same day and everything went fine. Most of my items were ending during the weekend.
Today I check the items and see that I've lost all the auctions, and even 2 items which I wanted to buy using the 'buy it now' option are still there :O
I received the paypal email confirming that Japonica Market got my money on thursday, so they should have bid for everything, but for any strange reason they haven't.
Now I'm very confused and angry, because my bids were higher than the ending prices of the items :/
Does anybody know what may have happened? It took me a lot of time to search for all that stuff and now I have to do it again, but I'm not sure about using their service again until they refund all my money back to my Paypal account.
What would you do in my case? I've tried contacting them and asking what happened with my items or if they had any problem with my paypal payment, but they haven't replied.
