Upon completing my purchase I received the following email:

This is the first time I've ever been asked a scanned copy of both a credit card and ID so naturally I decided to email them back asking about these uncommon requests. Which led to a confusing reply:

The email made no specifications regarding what an Exception status was so I believed that they were making an exception and shipping my items. A couple weeks passed and there was no sign of my order. So I decided to send an email inquiring about this. Their reply stated that my order was "on hold" because I had yet to email them both the scanned ID and credit card.
Has anyone had this problem before? What should I do?
