question about refunds from Anna house

Hello! have anyone sent back items from anna house and gotten a refund? I sent them a email about that and they asked for my order number but i haven't heard from them in a while and im kind of worried. Have anyone gotten in contact with them and been able to get a refund? im thinkning about selling the stuff instead but i thought i hear from you guys if you ever gotten your money back first?
