It seems like they are taking a stand against resellers? It's hard to tell what they mean to say.. maybe "We prohibit the purchase [to] resale?" I think it's relating to the scalping that happens on the auction sites, but it may very well also mean shopping services. What do you guys think? Is there someone who can read Japanese to further translate?
