Vierge Vampur is a japanese indie brand that took the tumblr lolitas by storm with their really cool and simple designs! I decided to place an order with them.
Communication: Vierge Vampur does accept overseas orders through emails. Akiko Bundai does not speak English but did respond in relatively good english. I would recommend either translating your inquiries or speaking in simple sentences. Every time I emailed the company I received an email the day after

Shipping Time: This might be the biggest 'con' of the whole process. It took more or less 3 months to receive my dress, which is a big disappointing. I was also not told ahead of time how long it would take or date to expect my product. I had to inquire about my product and the time to receive it, and when the deadline pass, I again had to inquire about my item and found out the deadline was pushed further back. For this mistake I did receive a gift however which is very nice thought.

Packaging: No complaints here. It was shipped in an EMS envelope. Everything was wrapped in clear plastic packaging. I received a one page catalog and as well some hair ties for the delay.I also noticed my item had been declared for only 30$ which is something else that would have been alarming should I have received any problems but luckily I didn't. Shipping cost 2,800 yen via EMS

Materials: All the materials used looks absolutely stunning! Most of my items are made of velvet and seem nice and thick

Workmanship:
OP. Everything like bows and utensils on the cuff look very secured. It's lined inside and doesn't seem to be any loose thread. Applique looks like it wont peel off either but I'm a little worried about it

Bonnet: Everything looks secure and done. The bow in the back is especially cute and well made. However the ties and when the bonnet is put on your head doesn't feel as secure as it could be. I feel it might need to be adjusted many times when I put it on. I would have hope for a comb or something on the bonnet.

Overall I am super happy with my product but disappointed by the time it took to receive it and the lack of communication. However the item was well worth the wait and can't wait for an opportunity to wear them!
