Conventions?

So I had plans to do Otakon this year but looks like I will now be unable to. So what I would like to know is what are some other large cons in the US that have a decent lolita turn out and/or major lolita events. I know I missed ACen and Frill is this weekend. Looking for something in July and preferably in a more eastern state.
