question about wigs and also about petticoats (where to buy? ect)

Hi there all experienced lolitas! i was wondering of you could share your wisdom with me.  I am saving up for some stuff to get my first outfit complete and i thought i could try to find out more about some of the things i still need. Where can you buy good wigs and in what price range do they come? do you have to take care of them in any special way? i think i want one thats both pink and blue with som ponytails. And also petticoats..i don't think i know what shape the skirt  would look depending on what kind i buy. Would you recommend some place to buy them? there is so many! I want one not to poofy at the beggining of the skirt(waist) but i need poof on my skirt and one jsk i got is screaming for poof :P it won't look good without it.
